Every September for the past four decades, the Cannes Yachting Festival has showcased the finest in the yachting world. It is set against the luxurious backdrop of Cannes’ two sparkling ports: the Vieux Port and the Port Pierre Canto. As one of the largest of its kind in Europe, the Yachting Festival is the place to be for boat builders. Meanwhile the world’s major players in pleasure yachting come to show off new, state-of-the-art superyachts.

Whilst Cannes is a great place to spot superyachts all year round, visitors to the Yachting Festival will be treated to over 600 boats on display. They range from two to sixty five metres in length, while more than 500 yacht and maritime exhibitors attend too. In fact, the event is so popular that half of its visitors come from overseas. Admiring the world’s sleekest liners and tailor-made vessels is an international pastime.

Meet the Caudwell Team

The team at Caudwell Collection is excited to be exhibiting at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival (10th – 15th September 2019). Come and visit us on stand LUX 046. We want to immerse you in our two world-class developments, Parc du Cap and Les Oliviers. Our penthouses boast superyacht style and panoramic sea views. Meanwhile all of the apartments enjoy access to high-standard facilities usually reserved for luxury hotels. The residences at Parc du Cap offer a unique opportunity.

For yacht owners, Parc du Cap and Les Oliviers are a 10-minute stroll from Port Gallice which offers berths for boats up to 43 metres. Larger vessels can be booked in berths up to 165 metres in nearby Port Vauban, Europe’s largest yacht marina. Chartering a yacht is another easy option to enjoy the Côte d’Azur at its best. The Culture Trip offers an excellent charter selection or there are a number of new start-ups like Sea Net and AV Yachts offering flexible ownership options.

The Riviera by Boat

Whether you choose a yacht or luxury sailboat, the French Riviera is a coveted destination by boat. It is renowned for its remarkable blend of buzzy ports and quiet private coves, not to mention breath-taking beaches and unique islands. As an owner of one of our residences your dream of jumping into crystal clear waters or indulging in coastal fine dining can become a reality.

Countless maritime itineraries are in easy reach. Take the route from Nice to Monaco to enjoy Villefranche sur Mer, Cap Ferrat and many secretive anchor points along the way. Or navigate around Antibes and Cannes, stopping off at natural beauty spots like Île Sainte-Marguerite (one of the four tranquil Lérins Islands) – an exceptional island where nature, culture and relaxation meet in blissful harmony under a canopy of eucalyptus and pine trees.

For additional luxury, the South of France offers an exceptional standard of chefs. Why not hire one for superb onboard private dining during your sea journey. Toast Parc du Cap life over a glass of champagne! Taking in the striking vista has never tasted so sweet.
