With spectacular views across the French Riviera, our impeccably designed Parc du Cap penthouses are the pinnacle of luxury. Each penthouse terrace offers breathtaking vistas to some of the region’s most glorious bays, landmarks and islands. As a result, we decided to select unique identities for our exquisite penthouses, inspired by Provençal’s finest locations. In doing so, we celebrate the beauty of our surrounding environment here in the fabulous Côte d’Azur.

Our penthouses have been designed to truly make the most of outdoor Riviera living. For example, each penthouse apartment has generous split-level terraces which beautifully complement the spacious internal living areas. You will have space to enjoy time relaxing by your private infinity pool or hosting a perfect al fresco dinner. Whether you invite friends and family or relish your space solo, life at Parc du Cap is really quite special.

Situated in the heart of Cap d’Antibes, Parc du Cap residents have access to a range of world-class amenities. These offer the perfect balance of recreation and relaxation for residents to rejuvenate in the glorious South of France sun. We have something for everyone! In other words, a spa for relaxation and fitness centre and private tennis court to hone your body and mind. In addition, we are proud of our wonderfully landscaped zen gardens inspired by the Côte d’Azur. If you’re considering becoming a resident, this blog will explore what makes our penthouses unique and the inspiration behind each penthouse name.

Mesmerising views from the duplex penthouses

Marguerite is a duplex penthouse, named after the largest of the Îles de Lérins islands, Île Sainte-Marguerite. The island’s intertwining footpaths lead you through scented eucalyptus and pine forests, and along stretches of sandy beaches and hidden coves. Set over three floors, this gorgeous four-bedroom penthouse has over 160sqm of internal living space providing ultimate comfort. Moreover, the roof terrace with infinity pool is utterly magical, where the water seamlessly merges with the dazzling coastal views.

Honorat enjoys rooftop views to the second largest of the Îles de Lérins islands and thus adopts its name. Île Saint-Honorat has an active 5th-century monastery, Abbaye de Lérins, producing its own wine.  It’s well worth a visit! This duplex penthouse comprises four luxurious bedroom suites, designer kitchen, private rooftop terrace and infinity pool. In addition, the series of carefully curated living areas are perfect for welcoming and entertaining guests.

Elegantly finished lateral penthouses

Lérins is a lateral penthouse with views of Îles de Lérins, a group of small tranquil islands off the coast. In fact, the Îles de Lérins are just a short 15-minute boat hop from Cannes. You can also take a private boat or kayak to visit. The scenic island views can be enjoyed from the vast terrace or stylish indoor living spaces. Why not further soak up the balmy sun and vistas whilst treating yourself to a chilled glass of local rosé!

Garoupe is an impressive four-bedroom lateral penthouse stretching over 180sqm. The spectacular panoramic views, enjoyed upon entering, include Cap d’Antibes’ serenely sandy Plage de la Garoupe. This beach has a fantastic history. That is to say, during the late Belle Epoque and early Jazz Age, the beach attracted the wealthy and famous. On this pristine little beach, they would enjoy great glitzy and glamorous summer parties. If only we had a time machine!

The generously proportioned and tastefully designed living space in Estérel penthouse is perfect to host family and friends.Four luxurious bedrooms lead from the main living area. Further, each bedroom features adjoining private bathrooms and direct access to the outside terraces. The penthouse’s name has been inspired by the mountain view of The Massif de l’Estérel. To be clear, this is a Mediterranean coastal mountain range in the departments of Var and Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera. Neighbouring cities include picturesque Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Cannes on the east, and stunning Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus on the west.

Mercantour lateral penthouse is named after the remarkable Mercantour National Park, located within the Alpes-Maritimes and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. The park is home to around half of the 4,200 species of plant life in France. Therefore, it is regarded as one of the most biodiverse places in the country. The penthouse roof terrace with infinity pool is where magnificent mountain views juxtapose with the sparkling sea beyond. Most importantly, you can enjoy scenic vistas from the comfort and cool shade of the elegantly styled living and dining spaces.
